Are you g-getting t-t-t-too much of a g-g-g-good thing?

Love your cup of java in the morning? And then another one in the early afternoon? And another cup to boost your falling energy after lunch? How about a 4 o'clock break to wake up and finish up your work day? Well, if you follow this menu you may find that your brain is racing marathons and sprints by the time you get home for dinner. Then you can't fall asleep and even counting sheep doesn't help. What a disaster! If you drink more than one cup of coffee or any other caffeinated beverage a day, you might be overstimulating your body. Everybody tolerates caffeine differently and there is no sure test to determine the borderline. However, if you start noticing any of the following symptoms after your daily caffeine consumption, you probably are getting more caffeine than you need:
You answer the door before people knock.
You ski uphill.
You get a speeding ticket even when you're parked.
You sleep with your eyes open.
You have to watch videos in fast-forward.
The only time you're standing still is during an earthquake.
You help your dog chase its tail. Your eyes stay open when you sneeze.
You chew on other people's fingernails.
The nurse needs a scientific calculator to take your pulse.
Your T-shirt says, "Decaffeinated coffee is the devil's blend."
You can type sixty words per minute... with your feet.
You can jump-start your car without cables.
Cocaine is a downer.
People get dizzy just watching you.
You walk twenty miles on your treadmill before you realize it's not plugged in.
You forget to unwrap candy bars before eating them.
